This was an important historical paper written by B. S. Gossling in June, 1920 for the Wireless Sectional Meeting and appeared in the Journal of the Institution of Electrical Engineers or JIEE in Britain. It describes the introduction of radio valves into wireless telegraph installations. There are a number of prominent early radio and valve personalities mentioned throughout the article that make it a quite good article.

There is only a .PDF copy available from JIEE and when trying to convert to individual page .JPEGs, each was too large to upload to this site’s media files.
